In the current difficult conditions of Ukrainian seaports, including the Port of Pivdennyi, particular attention must be paid to maintaining the safety of the water area, port territory, and navigation. Since the start of the full-scale invasion, a number of incidents have been recorded in the Port of Pivdennyi which, according to available data, have caused considerable damage to port infrastructure.
Axon Shipping, which has been providing tugboat services in Ukrainian ports, including Pivdennyi, since 2016, is actively involved in measures to ensure the safety of navigation. Together with the administration of the Port of Pivdennyi, the company conducts continuous monitoring of the port’s water area and territory. This makes it possible to control the situation promptly, provide tugboat services, and maintain the stability of port operations.
Axon Shipping takes part in emergency response under the approved Interaction Plan with the administration of the Port of Pivdennyi. The company’s fleet is engaged in navigational safety work, mooring operations, escorting, and other measures aimed at restoring and stabilizing port activity.
